A simple and easy breakfast yet bursting with flavor. If you are wanting something raw and naturally sweetened then this Rawnola is exactly that. We find rawnola rather addictive and it is so delicious. Eat it with fruit, chia puddings or with yogurt for a healthy snack or even dessert. You might want to double the recipe as this goes quick! My kids eat it out of the jar sometimes and love it!
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 8 pitted dates
- 3 TBSP chopped pistachios
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 vanilla bean paste
- Either use a very sharp knife and chop the ingredients together until they slightly become sticky or place in a food processor and pulse until the mixture starts sticking together.
