Seasoned Oil Free Baked Fries with Pesto Cashew Dip and Smashed Avocado

Hi lovelies! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Afternoon snacks are always eaten in my home. Is it the same at yours? What are your Favourite snacks to have?
Today I seasoned some hand chopped potato fries with white turmeric powder, mixed dried herbs and salt and tossed it all in a bowl. I placed it on a reusable baking mat and baked for 40 minutes at 180C and turned the fries over and baked again for another 40 minutes. They came out Super crisp and tasted soooo goood! My Daughter loved the pesto dip I made a few days ago (recipe on the post a few days back) and my Son wanted avocado which I just mashed and squeezed on a touch of lime juice. Perfect and healthy afternoon snack keeping those hunger pangs at bay until dinner!!! We also had some mint and lime infused water which I’m still enjoying right now.
